Reply from Yahoo

Well I have to give them an A+ for a quick reply (considering who we’re dealing with here), but a little lacking in the actual answer to my question (as expected). Here is Yahoo’s response to my question asking why my site was dropped from their listings:

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to write us.

There are three reasons you may not be able to find your pages in the
Yahoo! Search results, they may not have been indexed –or they may not
be ranked in the top results for the searches that you are conducting,
or they may have been found to be out of complience with our content
quality guidelines.

There are no current indications that your pages are in violation of the content guidelines.

Listed here is information on how to determine if a site has been
indexed and how to submit your site to Yahoo! Search:

–and how to improve your site’s ranking in Yahoo! Search results:

Max says there’s three reasons my site might not be listed:

1- they never indexed it
2- it simply isn’t ranked for a certain search
3- it’s out of compliance.

Well the good news is that “there are no current indications” that my site is in violation of their policy. Unfortunately that leaves me with no idea as to why it got dropped, since it’s obviously not reason #1 or #2. Hopefully this means they’ll reindex it soon? I guess we’ll know once this new blog gets indexed and they follow the link to PrayWay that I made in the previous post.
